Has this man damaged himself too badly to be effective?

I think even I could have gotten that trash removed by now, BY LAW, regardless of whose land it was/is on.

ALSO, that trash on these people properties washed there in the storm, it isn't there trash anyway.

GET IT DONE "MAYOR".

(I just think this guy is dragging his feet. Blanco has the federal money in hand...screw beaurocracy...get it done)

I have yet to see a single person that was actually black in color, neither have I seen one that was white, not to mention all the other groups. Don't ethnic categories do more to divide us than anything else? Aren't we all just shades of brown?

Why can't we just say "I am a HUMAN"?

I'm just working full-time and the company I work with has NO younger people for me to meet....there's nothing wrong with having older friends that are pretty much just aquaintences...but how do I make a REAL friend....like one that turns into a best friend? I don't go to college and most girls I meet, aren't that much like me and we have NOTHING in common and then that friendship will last about a week and never go further. I want a friend that is LIKE me and understands who I am and I understand whoi they are. I always see other girls that I know with a real close girlfriend they've had since childhood. I want a friend like that, but it seems whenever I meet a girl that I think is the "one" who will bcome my best friend, turns out that I don''t like her very much or she's not interested in a new "best-friend"..I'm starting to get upset and feel it's me, but honestly, I just want a cool friend who I hang out with a lot and do fun things together...where would I meet someone??

A man kills his two children and his mother-in-law, over demestic problems. The wife is not there so she doesn't get killed or hurt.

It's found that this was an on going demestic problem and that the woman was reckless by playing with the man's emotions and not seriously addressing the issues.

QUESTION: Should the woman be held partly responsible and condemned for the killings?
