A man kills his two children and his mother-in-law, over demestic problems. The wife is not there so she doesn't get killed or hurt.
It's found that this was an on going demestic problem and that the woman was reckless by playing with the man's emotions and not seriously addressing the issues.
QUESTION: Should the woman be held partly responsible and condemned for the killings?

If the domestic problems involved any type of child abuse on his part and the woman knew of that abuse, then she should be held accountable. If the domestic problems involved verbal abuse or aggression only toward her, then she probably will not be held responsible for any of his actions. He made the choice to kill the children and his mother-in-law, so he ultimately has to accept full responsibility for his actions.

Not really,the man in question knew that things were"nt going well and had more than enough time to leave before it got that far.

No only HE is responsible for his actions. She is not at fault at all, maybe if he treated her with more respect she would have been nicer to him!

WON'T HAPPEN IN OUR PRESENT COURT SYSTEM---HOW ARE GING TO PROVE THAT HER "ACTIONS" ---'GOADDED' HIM TO ACTUALLY COMIT THE ACTUAL HOMICIDES???
