We never know our future. Nothing is sure in our future. But worrying is useless. You can try to be a better person instead of just worrying. We just have to work and try hard to not lose what we want to keep and to get what we want.

If you really care if you really are worrying then why not do something that will make the worry much less likely to happen and just be happy because nothing is certain at all. Nothing is gaurunteed.

I'm 15 years old and spanish is my first language, and i came to the US a few years ago, I go to school and do normal activities. The only problem that I have is that even though my English is very good, and English is the only class in which I get good grades I cannot get rid of my (thick) accent and I feel it is like a disability to me because people cannot understand me at all. It's so uncomfortable, even though some people seem to like it I just hate it. So, my question is: how can I get rid of it fast?

I asked once on Y!A Deutschland "what proportion of Germans can speak English?". I didn't get any abuse for my grammar (in fact some of the responses were quite funny), but thinking back, I'm not sure I got the right word order. I think I wrote "Welche Anteil von Deutsche Englisch spreche kann?".
So, is it the correct word order?

P.S. If you are a native speaker PLEASE state it, so that I can prioritise your answer.

Doesn't this mean:
How old are you in America?

A Spanish speaker told me that this means how long have you been in America? Wouldn't that be ?Cuanto tiempo hace que estas en America?

The name is Lively. can anyone tell me the meaning? no dictionary definitions please, i'm aware that it's also an english word, but i want to know the original version and/or meaning of it, and the linguistics behind it.

again, i am not asking for a definition of the word lively...but want to know the origins of Lively (with a capital L, not just a word but a name).
