All have pretty similar pronunciations although it is hard to "write" the pronunciation. Here is the closet form of how they should be pronounced :
Participation - pahrteeseepazion
Position - pah'zizion
Commission - kamizion

You would pronounce them as follows:
partee-see-pa-sion
po-zee-sion
commee-sion
Basically, you would just need to replace "t" with "s" in the last syllable.
