because if the sentences is:
Do you know who I am? which would be the negative form:
1.Do you know who I am not?
2.Do you know who aren't I ?
3.Don't you know who I am?
Please explain and give examples.

2. just pooor grammar
3. correct. (usually used as an exclamation from a celebrety to solicit MORE attention when being denied access or service or to try to get off lite while being arrested)

Do you know who aren't I? could conceivably be correct if you had two people disguised as the speaker ("I") and the speaker himself/herself and the speaker asked you to figure out which two weren't him/her.

Do you know who I am not? is somewhat less odd, but it really only makes sense if there's a choice from among a few possibilities, and suggests again some kind of alias or disguise.

Don't you know who I am? is a perfectly good sentence that adds only an element of surprise and perhaps dismay to the original sentence "Do you know who I am?"

#1 sounds cryptic but is grammatically correct.
#2 is incorrect because 'are' is not in the first person.
#3 is probably the right choice, because if you're focusing on the first verb on the sentence (know), you'll want to make that verb negative - You know? You don't know?

Make sense?

1 and 3 are both correct. But one would never say 1, as it makes little sense to say since you are NOT billions of people.

The only one that makes sense is (3).

#3 would be correct

#2 is completely improper grammar.

#1 is kind of unclear about what you are asking.
