Bakari means "approximately", "merely", "only".

Example:
- Tabeta bakari. Just finished eating.
- Kare wa waratte bakari iru. He does nothing but laugh.
- 1000 yen bakari motte iru. I have about 1000 yen.

Baka 馬鹿 means stupid. The word originated in China and was meant to say someone is so stupid that he can't tell the difference between a horse and a deer.

Bakabakashii is 馬鹿馬鹿しい, an adjective meaning stupid.

To add to shootandkillmexxx, you are saying it in a VERY rude way too. If you are not being that rude of saying "Anata wa baka desu" you just say "baka".

"baka" is an adjective, meaning stupid. Not sure what "bakari" and "baka baka shi" mean, but I would assume they are somewhere in the area of stupidhead or dum-dum.
