Honestly, I only know two words that actually have "ou" in their real (and only) practical Spanish meaning, which are even included in Spanish dictionaries: boutique and bouquet
Here's a list with foreign adapted-to-Spanish words with "ou" and their Spanish equivalents; the foreign words (American or French in origin) are accepted in Spanish also, but most Spanish-speaking people prefer to use the Spanish version of the word:
boulevard = bulevar
couch = sofá
coupe = cupé
tour = tur
gourmet = gourmet
boutique = boutique
bouquet = buqué
