What's the correct word order for this German question?

Question

I asked once on Y!A Deutschland "what proportion of Germans can speak English?". I didn't get any abuse for my grammar (in fact some of the responses were quite funny), but thinking back, I'm not sure I got the right word order. I think I wrote "Welche Anteil von Deutsche Englisch spreche kann?".
So, is it the correct word order?

Remember that in a German main clause the inflected verb is always second, and in a subordinate clause always last.

Wie groß: position one
ist: position two
können: last position
sprechen is an infinitive, hence not the inflected verb

Welcher Anteil von Deutsche Leute sprechen Englisch?

with reference on your be conscious order it is " und ich hasse " . you should envision your grammar (collective plural) here. Ich hasse Western, weil sie berechenbar sind und ich hasse Zeichentrickfilme, weil sie langweilig sind!
