We want to call our newborn girl Flora, but some people have commented to us that it's a Mexican name. I have researched this and all I can find in spanish is "flor" or "flores" but the addition of an "a" makes it latin in orgin, NOT Hispanic. So I don't understand why people tell us this. Your thoughts?

English is my second language, and I have a question about grammar. What is the proper way of phrasing this?

All he ever does is run.

What is correct?
is it:
Al he ever do is run.
All he ever does is runs.
All he ever does is to run.
All he ever do is to run.
Or is it something else? What is the correct way to phrase that?

I think it is a girl's name. It did not translate in the original letter I received from a friend in Ukraine because my friend was talking about her daughter around where that phrase is located in the letter.

sample sentences:

"Arnold has appeared (in, on) the TV series CSI."

"Arnorld appeared (in, on) TV."

"Meet me (in, on, at) the gym?"

"I'm (in, on) the bus."

I'm always confused when to use these three words.

Regarding his studies, Brian is actually following a normal year, with major in science. He concentrated more on skating during the 2001-2002 season as he skated at Europeans (bronze medal!) and World Championships, and at the Olympic Games. In the long term specter, Brian thinks about getting his diploma to become a coach, and why not later becoming the manager of the French Teams.

His main goal is clear : to become European, World and Olympic champion ! His best souvenir so far : the parade of the Oympic Game opening ceremony. His best element in skating : jumps with four rotation if possible... The loop is his least-favored jump, even though he has already landed it in combination after a triple flip. Besides the jumps, another element he like is simply forward crossovers, because 'when you do them right you don't feel the ice anymore'.

Question to all native speakers of Spanish (or Professors) that feel they can answer it without a doubt. Which of these is "correct" (according to the Standard Spanish of the Real Academica Española): "el examen consiste de dos partes" or "el examen consiste en dos partes"?? I can't find the rule in the RAE website. This is for a linguistics project. Thanks!!
