I don't understand your question. All the words you have there are real words; a producer is one who produces; a persenter would be one who presents, although I very seldom if ever hear the word "presenter;" we would probably use a different word, depending on what is being presented; an advertiser is one who advertises. The one who advertises on TV is an advertiser, not an advisor.
An advertiser is not necessarily one whose business is advertising; any type of business could advertise, and would therefore be an advertiser. An advertising agency would be a business that specializes in advertising for other businesses.
