'Wat' is not a word. Neither are 'tat', 'u', or 'r'. If you want people to take you seriously you'd better get out of that lazy non-spelling habit.
If you rewrite the question properly I'll be glad to answer it.
PS to the previous two grammatically-challenged answerers: 'you are' is contracted to you're, not your (which means belonging to you). Try to take grammar seriously so other people will take you seriously - as in when you're applying for a job some day.
This is very practical, down to earth advice, by the way.

It means a number of things at the same time.
'Down to earth' as opposed to 'high and almighty'.
Realistic, not making things look better.
No nonsense, tell it like it is.
Basic, what you see is what you get.
Usually you would only say it from people you like, really nice and honest people. Most typically a farmer is (would be considered to be) down to earth.

It's like saying that you are a real person who is fun and easy to be around. Down to Earth and not high and siddity & unreachable and snobbish. It's a sweet compliment.
