I would say, ¿qué te pasa? (what is wrong with you?)
Te ves muy triste (you look very sad)
Tú miras is transitive, while te ves is reflexive.
Muchísimas is superlative-feminine-plural (many) so it doesn't apply here.

actually mirar means "to look" as in the action of looking at something ... you need to say "you appear very sad"

In Mexico, we would say:
¿Qué pasa? Te ves muy triste.

Here, ver is more common than mirar (like in other people's answers), but both are correct.
