If China overcomes the U.S. someday, we will have to learn chinese... instead of english being the language to comunicate through nations!

Those who know West-Flemish, the language, know it is different from Dutch, which is an official language in Belgium. But, our mother tongue is West-Flemish, which clearly is a language on it's own, they even subtitle us on NATIONAL tv. So, my question, do you think West-Flemish should be recognized as an official language (like Frisian in Holland) or a regional language (like West-Flemish in France) ?

Does anybody know if it is possible to attach 2 values to a cell in excel ?
ie to then format/do equations in other cells but selecting one of those 2 values ?
