"If you master a common Language, you will be ABLE to do anything more efficiently."

: From the above sentence, I made up a name 'LABLE' as a title of my language institute. (In my language institute, we teach English to Korean students. In the above sentence, 'a common language' means an international language, English.) I wanted to know whther the above sentence is grammatically and idiomatically correct. Would you help me? I don't understand why so many of these questions/ answers are completely incomprehensible nonsense. I'm not trying to be mean, but it seems like an awful lot of people didn't learn anything at all in English Class. I know my english is not perfect, but some of the questions and answers I've read are just completely impossible to understand. I'm not even talking about all of the slang and internet abbreviations- there are a lot of people who clearly don't know how to communicate effectively when writing. In your opinion, is it just laziness, or is there a growing segment of the population that has little or no understanding of the english language?

i hear them use it as saying "I or me" but they use it differently. one says watashiwa, then another says bokuwa. so whats the difference? why not just one like bokuwa? if theyr all the same, why not just use 1?

Why is "yo" added at the end of sentences sometimes? for example: ですよ , ありますよ,etc? What does the "yo" do and when is it appropriate to add it? Oh and also why is "ne" added at the end sometimes? for example...ですね , いますねetc...And when is it appropriate to add the "ne"?
