Fluminis cant find what it means, flumen : river.

lapsus : fall, fault, error, sliding, gradual movement.

vitam: vita : life, way of life.

et ... et : both ... and

mortem mors mortis : death mortalitas : the state of being mortal/ death, a dying mortuus : dead, deceased, passed away, gone West, departed.

affert affero : (adfero) to bring, give, impart, turn over


river moving life and death bringer? it doesnt translate properly. You may have the words wrong.
