I think , you mean TELUGU. This is the official language of one of the southern states of India,having its capital at Hyderabad. The state is Andhra Pradesh.The state is also popular for the typical accent of spoken Hindi.

It's actually spelled Telugu and it's a language spoken in India and it's the second most spoken language in India after Hindi/Urdu. And it's primarily spoken in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.

Haven't heard of that one, but if you mean Tagalog? then that is spoken in the Philipines.
