Apres moi le deluge= After me, the flood. It's French.
Russian text:

"Thundering slush" refers to icicles. When
they fall off a building and hit the ground
they make a loud noise like a clap of thunder.

I’ve found an article in Russian Internet resources that tries to make out what the poem is all about. It is some 15 pages strong. Having read the article and being Russian myself I could understand neither the article nor the poem itself. Perhaps I’m being a tad exaggerative but the message is “don’t try to overanalyze it baby” as one of your fellow citizens sings. I’m sure that 90% of Russians would not understand it if they tried to. But for your singing ambitions here is the poem in full:

Anyway, it's about February, crying and dark mountains, typical Russian gloominess. You could probably search for Russian songs on Google and find it.
