I would get language tapes at the library and copy them. You can listen to them anytime. When i was learning French and Irish I played them all the time and it really helped

Go to online chat-rooms and begin having conversations with English speakers. Also, if the chat rooms have voice chat, you can practice your speaking skills in addition to your writing skills. Good luck!
