I'm french (my name is roger) so it's difficult to understand slang (here australian slang). When I translate word by word it sounds so disgusting and impossible that I certainly made mistakes. So,Thanks to anyone who can translate it in more formal english!

Die gesetzliche Sozialversicherung besteht in deutschland seit über 80 Jahren. Sie stellt einen nicgt mehr wegzudenkenden sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Faktor in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland dar.
Das System der sozialen Sicherung aller Arbeitnehmer- getragen vom Prinzip der Selbstverwaltung- ist in den über acht Jahrzehnten seines Bestehens jederzeit den gestellten Anfor derungen gerecht geworden.

Danke schön for having taken your time to help me out. Maybe I forgot to mention that I'm relatively new to this befuddlingly tricky language and have been learning on my own.

I need help. I would really like it if someone translated this for me. It's in a picture so i couldn't use a translater to do it. Here's a link to the picture. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a205/Knite300/hm.jpg
You can either transelate it and tell it to me, or just write the japenese text so I can use a translater. But please, help.

I'm interested in learning Russian but after studying the Cyrillic alphabet I've noticed there is no equivalent letter for the english "J". (at least I don't think there is). I know there has to be an accepted spelling for "joseph" seeing that Joseph Stalin once ruled that country.

Jab bhi tanhai mein teri yaad aati hai
Ek aah si dil se nikal jati hai
Socha tha ke mohabbat mein baharen aayengi
Par teri judai seene ko cheer jati hai

Raaton ko uth uth kar socha karta hoon
Kya kabhi sachchi mohabbat bhi bhulai jati hai
Aisi kya khata hui ke tu bhul gayi
Dooriyan to dilon ko aur bhi nazdik le aati hain

Sawan ke mahine mein jab jhadi lagti hai
Baarish mein saath bheegne ki yaad aati hai
Bahut intezar kiya sawan ka maine
Ab to aankhen hi sawan ki kami puri kar jati hai

Hazar koshishen ki tujhe bhulne ki
Har jagah teri hi soorat nazar aati hai
Aankhen band bhi kar lu
Har saans mein teri khushbu aati hai

Dil ko bahut samjhaya
Jane wale ki sirf yaad hi aati hai
Dil kahe ke tu chahe mujhe milna
Par koi majboori tujhe rok jati hai
