I don't think a literal translation is good here.
To translate "brown" into Spanish... and for this context, it just doesn't sound right.
The man in brown (UPS man) should just ask, in first person:
"¿Que puedo hacer por ti?" (informal way) or...
"¿Que puedo hacer por usted?" (formal)

or, like the second one said, since "Brown" is a trademark of UPS,
