Although there are some alterations, like é instead of e, there are a large percentage of languages that can be written with the characters we recognise as English letters. Why?

I have checked with online translators. There are practically none, and I have no real knowledge of Latin Grammer to look it up word for word. I need this Phrase in Latin:

The Order of the United Earth.
For Peace, Prosperity, and Unification.

Please I need your help.

My first language is Thai. I'm just an intermidiate English learner and still have a problem with my listening and speaking skills. I will probably learn Chinese in the near future. Do you think it's a good idea? I dont' live in where English is the first language like US or UK. I'm afraid that I'll get messed up while learning two languages at the same period.

I lived in France and speak French, He has shown a huge interest in learning the language and culture and is very interested in corresponding with a girl student in France. His French teacher has an official service where they sign up for a penpal, which he did immediately, and was very excited, wrote to her that DAY (a MONTH ago), in English. She was supposed to write back in French but we have received nothing, and he is a bit upset....I was just wondering if anyone is familiar with a service that offers alist of some kind, so that perhaps we can find someone who is truly interested in writing, thanks...
