I didn't know what words you wanted to know, so I just made some corrections to some mistakes I found in others. Also, all german nouns are capitalized and they all have a gender (der, die, das) and in plural it is always die. And with the formal form (Sie, Ihnen, etc) it is always capitalized.
Beer – das Bier
Mine/My- mein, meine, meinen, meinem, meiner, meines (depends on number, gender, case)
What’s your name? – Wie heißen Sie? Wie heißt du? (first is formal, second informal, ß can also be substituted with ss)
Ich heiße______ (My name is)
Wie geht es Ihnen? Wie geht es dir? Wie geht’s? – how are you? (first is formal)
du hast- you have du hasst- you hate
scheiße- sh**
Auf Wiedersehen/ tschüss/ ciao- bye
Dummkopf- idiot
Gute Nacht- goodnight
Schnell-fast
Leg(s)- das Bein(e)
Arm(s)- der Arm(e)
Head(s)- der Kopf/ Köpfe/ Koepfe (umlauts can be replaced by the vowel and e)
Ladies and gentlemen- Meine Dame und Herren
Tree(s)- der Baum/ Bäume
Forest(s)- der Wald/ Wälder
When?- Wann?
