Mandarin, Vietnamese or Japanese.
Mandarin because of China's burgeoning economic and business opportunities but such opportunities are not readily available even if you are fluent in the language. You must be well-learned in the Chinese culture to fully utilise the language.
Vietnamese because Vietnam is the next country with a vast business opportunity. It is the second fastest growing economy in Asia right after China.
Japanese because Japan still one of the strongest economy in the world.
How do you decide? I suggest reading up on the different countries and their culture. You must first love the country and its culture before you are able to develop a passion in learning its language because Asian languages, especially Chinese is hard to master, although not impossible.

Knowing Russian well is becoming a major asset... especially if you're looking toward Europe. Many of the economies of the member states of the former USSR are rapidly developing and opening up to foreign investment. Rus'n is a good universal lang that works in many of these countries. For instance, here in Ukraine, although Ukr'n is the national lang, you'd get by just fine knowing Rus'n... and you'd be in demand among Amer, British, Western Eur'n businesses opening branches here in Ukraine.

I depends on the level & type of business you're interested in. Spanish is mainly helpful in low & middle management (which will probably be an entry level position for you). Japanese more so than Chinese, is very helpful in the business world in upper management but only if the corporation that you're with has strong ties with the Japanese business world.
If I had to recommend a language it would be spanish, it's more universally useful in the US.

In reality it depends on what type of business you are going to go into. Spanish will not help very much, because high level business is not done in Spanish. If you are going into electronics, you should focus on Japanese, but if you are going to do something else, one of the European languages, like German, would be more helpful.
