This is a title of a japanese song from a very great japanese singer, Gackt Camui. however, the title itself is NOT JAPANESE and i had a hard time solving it, so does every other fans of his.
he said that an American or anyone who speaks English could understand what it meant, but none of his American fans could.. ^^;
so now I'm asking you guys.. what does 'Papa Lapped A Pap Lopped' means? please answer, thanks..
