it could be:

Encuentra todos los huesos del perro. (impertive form, singular, command one person to do it in most spanish speaking countries)
Encontrá todos los huesos del perro (same as above but used in Argentina, Paraguay and some other countries)

Encontrar todos los huesos del perro. (infinitive form, ie "to find", also used as an imperative form in Spain)

Encuentren todos los huesos del perro. (imperative form, plural. Command more than one person to do it. ie you all, find all the.... Used in latin america)
Encontrad todos los huesos del perro. (same as above used in Spain only)

If it's a command you say:
Encuentra todos los huesos del perro. (the "h" is silent in hueso)
