if you look at the end of the page, you will find argentina, spain and yahoo en español.

Go to " My Account" on top if your mailbox or on top of this page itself (just adjacent to Sign out.........).
It will ask you for your password once again and take you to your pesonal setttings. In the second paragraph you will see " preferred contents" . Click the default language mentioned. It will take you to a list of different languages including spanish. Select the language of your choice and all your yahoomail service will be converted into that language.
For going to yahoo.com in spanish type www. es.español.yahoo.com

Sure, in Mexico. In America, English should be the official language. Do you think Mexico will start putting everything in English?
