This is a title of a japanese song from a very great japanese singer, Gackt Camui. however, the title itself is NOT JAPANESE and i had a hard time solving it, so does every other fans of his.
he said that an American or anyone who speaks English could understand what it meant, but none of his American fans could.. ^^;
so now I'm asking you guys.. what does 'Papa Lapped A Pap Lopped' means? please answer, thanks..

You'll probably find that a literal translation means nothing. You'll need to get in contact with someoe who speaks fluent Japanese and show them the original Japanese lyrics. they'll translate it properly.

Sorry, I only speak English. I can't help you any further.

Japanese translations into English are notoriously bad. Aside from being a fun tongue twister it has no real meaning.

Type in song lyrics and/or song meanings in the google search that should bring up a few options for you.
