Why is it that when an American tries to learn a language and has an American accent it is because we "haven't learned the language properly and aren't making enough of an effort to pronounce things correctly" and it's an insult, yet when someone has an accent speaking English, it's interesting and the "best they can do"?

I've been reading that Americans who speak Spanish with an American accent sound funny... are there any accents that sound nice in Spanish?

Hi,I once saw this tattoed on someone above an eagle tattoo and have wondered ever since what it means...
I would be sooo appreciative if someone could translate it for me!!!
It's "inhior a omni fututum esse a nullo".
I've tried going to different websites and translating it for myself, but no luck.
For everyone that answers,thank you!!!

seen it time and time again. They don't care, they just want to speak english. and you say something in japanaese and they ignore it . Usually the ones that care are the japanese who don't know english, so its easier to become friends with them. The others are arrogant. When i speak i like to share english.. and then i speak japanese too, but they just want english. Why?

Why do we have that rule? For those of you who say we can't end a sentence with a preposition, would you actually say these questions to your friends?

At what are you looking?
For what did you do that?
In which door did you go?
On which clothes will you put?
