This will start you off but I think you're better off joining a class as you can then practice speaking Welsh more and make sure you have the correct pronunciation. Plus it's more fun in a class!

The Acen site is a wonderful source of materials and advice, but if you are just starting out with the language visit the BBC first.
At the BBC site you can also read the news in Welsh.
