No. Miss is supposed to be for a woman who has never been married. Ms. can be for a woman of any marital status.

Nope. Ms. can mean Miss (unmarried) or Mrs. (married). The main point is that men only used Mr. Using Miss or Mrs. tells someone if you are married or not. Those who use Ms. are essentially saying that their marital status is no one's business. Unless someone tells you to use Miss or Mrs. (or Dr.), the best bet is to use Ms. since that is what many women would use these days.

Ms can be used to either married or unmarried women. You will use it if you don't know the marital status of the person you're writing.

Miss is used for single women.

Ms. is becoming more common as a form of address for adult women nowadays. Miss tends to be used for girls or young women. It's most respectful to use Ms. on all adult women. They can correct it to Mrs. if they so desire....
