I need ideas please for gift ideas for my friend who is a guy. He's married with a daughter, so nothing that would seem inappropriate (like cologne, etc.). He loooves baseball, but his family always gives him tons of team stuff. He also likes electronics, business stuff, good music/tv/movies (like Lost, for example), working out and projects (like puzzles and stuff). Help please!!!

Do you leave him the traditional milk and cookies or something else?
We always leave Santa beer and cheese. But, this year, we're leaving him a shot of tequila, a beer and crackers, cheese and meat. Mmmm-hmmmm. I think he'll really like that!

Me and my husband got married in November of 06, we had a bunch of wedding pictures taken but just haven't gotten around to distributing them to our families yet. So what I'm wondering is, if we got some 8x10s and some 5x7s of our favorite pics and put them in frames. Would that be good gifts for like our grandparents and parents? I just can't figure out what to get them, and we're a little tight on money this year because we're moving next month. Is it too late to hand out pics from our wedding that was almost a year ago already? Or what? I need input!!! Thanks :)

Why are Santa's reindeer given male names, with the exception of Vixen, and refered to as males in pop culture?

Seriously, what's wrong with getting together with family and friends to bake cookies and pies and make fudge and hot cocoa, watch Christmas specials like Charlie Brown, and just interact with each other? Is it not "cool" because hardly any kids and teenagers have experienced that and it's not what their friends are doing?

i don't want it to look crappy or half-assed. The tree is about 20 feet tall. I know how to hang them, using a ladder and long hook. I'm just not sure on how to position the lights so it looks nice at night. tight? loose? I really have no clue...

My friends and family and I all have almost no bucks for Christmas this year. My family are all volunteering at each other's charity causes. But what to do about my friends? Is it still okay to bake cookies, make Baileys and fudge and stuff or is that too old fashioned?

I usually try and get a neutral holiday card to send out to friends and family every year but just really like some designs that are Xmas themed. Is it rude to send out these photocards to friends who are Jewish or don't celebrate Xmas? I usually order about 80 photocards with my son and dog on them to send out.
