I wanted to take a poll to see how many people are last minute folks and how many get it done early.

I usually have seen many males wandering around the malls on Christmas Eve, right before closing! I am guessing it is mostly a 'guy thing'. You tell me, is it?

For those good little elves who have done their shopping or are getting it done, do you have a system? Maybe you could help out the ones who are in the malls on Christmas Eve!

I'm suppose to give a gift to one of my co-workers and I know nothing about the guy I got for Kris Kringle! All I know is his name is David, he's an uncle, size XL, age 27, and he lives in the same house with his sister, sister's husband, and their 5 kids!!!! The only thing I hate about Christmas is having to find a carpark in the Shopping Centres, having to wait in line for absolutely AGES to purchase a present and working in retail at ridiculously long hours. What do you people hate about Christmas?

I have a teardrop shaped ornament that was made by my now deceased father back in the the late 1940's while he worked in the neon tube bending business. It is made of very thin glass, is quite delicate and is traditionally hung on the tree each year by yours truly. After Christmas is over, it'll be wrapped in bubblewrap to protect until next year. There used to be a half dozen of these in the family in three different colors ( red, yellow and blue ), but the rest have either been lost or broken. I have the only remaining ornament and it is one of the red ones. I consider it to be an heirloom and it is obviously a real treasure. Wish I could show you a picture!

He is a combination of cool / academic and very intelligent, although still likes to fool around like any other kid.

I don't want to give him clothes, money or a gift voucher, I would rather he had something to unwrap but I'm not really clued in as to what is popular for boys these days.

my family is jewish but my daughter wants to celebrate christmas she wants a tree and everything. Shes had a Bat Mitzvah but still tells me jews can have a hannukah tree sure we can but its just not traditinol i went out and bought her a small pine tree to decorat with magazine clipppings.
