I love drinking eggnog without alcohol. But this year I'm having a party for Christmas, and want to make an alcoholic eggnog for some of my guests. However, I've never had alcoholic eggnog, nor been around it. So what type of alcohol typically goes in eggnog?

Lol. My b-day is in 3 days and I have done absolutley NOTHING TO PLAN A PARTY. I am going to have to make it like a week after my actual b-day! I am dumb. I love to do 'different' things and have original ideas...I was thinking this year when I send out Christmas cards (My card list is fairly short, not hundreds of them to send out or anything.) I'd like to have some kind of crafty insert included inside of the card. To me, this would make it more interesting for the recipients rather than just opening it up and saying,'Oh another card, hang this one up', you know?
-Any cute ideas on what I could include as an insert? (Other than including a picture.) I'm pretty crafty and have alot of free time at work to do this.
