What's your opinion of pre-lit Christmas trees ?

I've seen several that I like, but I also heard that pre-lit trees are trouble. Any thoughts ?

i have alot of Christmas things for out side.like those big snow men?

Shopping on Thanksgiving Thursday?

I'll be in NYC on Thanksgiving day. That's the only chance I'll have to shop but I was wondering if stores in New York City were OPEN on Thanksgiving Thursday or the Wednesday before?

How old were you the final time you went trick or treating?

The last time I went was age 13, that was in 1985. I was 5'10" tall and wearing a scary rubber mask. I got a couple of queries as to my age and I felt a little embarrassed.

How do we address the children of the hermano of a saint in church who died before the feast day?

Our parents were the ones scheduled to become the hermano of a saints celebration in our church. Unfortunately they died before the event and it is us, their children who will stand in their behalf. How do we address ourselves as the hermano of the feast now that our parents are gone?Thank you.

Christmas is only about 50 days away. What does Christmas mean to you?

Christmas is my favorite time of the year. I would one day love to have a white Christmas. Christmas mean to mean Friends and family around. Kids especially open there present so excited. Seeing Santa, Christmas carols. Going to church & thank God for the thing that I have, other people don't. I just love this time of year, seeing house in all there lights and decoration. So What does Christmas mean to you?

hosting holidays in a big family?

I have a sister in law who had done christmas at her house for the last 5 years. I have young children and want to create holiday memories in our home. I hosted christmas last year, and felt like I stepped on many toes. In the end it all went well, and even though our house isn't very big, we worked very hard to make everyone comfortable and happy. So now that the holidays are coming up, I don't want to have to fight over who gets to have christmas at their house. But I am thinking about just doing our own thing, and not inviting the sister in law and her family.....I just don't want to upset anyone......BUT I don't want to fight.....what should I do?

I dont know what to ask for my birthday and christmas present?

My bday is on december 8th and every year when people ask what i want i never know. Everyone in my family this year said they are refusing not to buy me anything and i have to make a list of a couple of items. I honestly cant think of anything i want! usually i just get money and give it to charity.
Whats some "must have" items (electronics, something for house, beauty products etc) for next year or this year. Need some ideas!! Anything around $100-150
(already have ipod)
