It comes too fast and im never prepared, always too much stress. Very commercialized and I wish for one year no presents. The shopping is the most stressful part. Never enough money or time to get everything done. The kids expect awesome presents and ya dont wanna let them down. People forget the true meaning and its sad.

I think that we have all lost the true meaning of christmas. It's all become so commercialized. The stores even start setting up way in September. I went to Wal-Mart on Halloween and there was a big sign saying something like 55 shopping days left till christmas.

Yes I hate the waste of money. It's not necessary. I'd much rather gather people around to go caroling in a seniors home, or do something for charity close to Christmas...Christmas is about giving of ourselves, not of our pocket books.

One thing I always do now, is include a gift receipt with every gift. I don't care what people do with it, keep the gift or exchange it for something else, but at least they have a choice if they are not happy with it.

i'm looking forward to christmas i like the whole atmosphere that the season creates. but definately the commercial part of has gone crazy, its so detached from the true meaning of christmas, but thats how people make money and you can't blame 'em for that. FYI, the brilliant filmaker morgan spurlock, the creator of supersize me and 30 days, is making a film about the commercilization of christmas, so that might be something you would be interested in. if he makes its bound to be good! Feliz Navidad!

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS....................I no longer enjoy Christmas. Even in my own family it's become a day of who can give the best presents. I've already decided that I'm boycotting presents, and baking everyone cookies!!!!!!! I dread going into stores during this time... oh people are so nasty around the holidays. It's such a shame.

I may be some what broke this year, but I already bought the
three kids(daughter, grand-daughters) their presents, all I need is the adults. I'm kind of
dreading it ,but only because I'm not sure what to get the adults.
My daughter, nephew and Son-in-law. I'm no scrooge, I like to keep the kids happy.

i'm in college, yet (i'm able to't have faith i'm asserting this) i'm rather looking forward to going returned to college. no longer using fact i decide to each and all of the artwork, or see people from college, lol, yet i'm an quite prepared individual & I omit having my each and on a daily basis ordinary. i circulate to the gymnasium 5 days a week, and ice skate the different 2, and function a commonplace plan accepted, so with the wear i'm all thrown off! haha. usually nevertheless, i might rather be dreading it!

I still believe in the true meaning of Christmas, Jesus is the Reason for the Season. I try not to think of the commercial aspect.

Yea i mean places are putting out christmas stuff in the summer so by the time it gets here everyone is sick of it. I love Christmas though. And I have no money so that kinda sucks.

I dont look forward to Christmas as it is such a pain to have to think of things to get for people. Each year there seems to be less time to be organised and more to do. I do think it has gotten to be far too commercialised which is a shame.
