Carol of the Bells?
Merry merry merry Christmas,
Merry merry merry Christmas,
On on they send
On without end
Their joyful tone
To every home
Hark how the bells, sweet silver bells . . .
It's kind of like a round, almost a little monotonous - is this the one you mean?

I agree. It's Burl Ives "Have A Holly Jolly Christmas" They sing it on the old Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer and Frosty Movies ... can't remember the exact one, but I think it's Rudolph.
"Have a Holly-Jolly Christmas. It's the Best time of the year...
I don't know if there'll be snow, but have a cup (??) of cheer... "
Sorry, it's been a while... that's all I can remember! haha
