We invite family and friends to join us for the biggest best dinner of the year. First we Thank God for all he does and has done for us and ask him to bless our home and family and friends. Then we have turkey and ham, mashed potatoes, the good green-beans, salads, homemade pies (APPLE PUMPKIN AND MANY OTHERS), my famous cheese dip with veggies and crackers, cranberry sauce, stuffing and I'm sure I've missed somethings. We play games watch a football game and just hangout together. We spend all day enjoying all that God has given us and making memories.

I can wait it's my favorite holiday. : )

Ahhhhhhhhhh, Gluttony Day! The one day you can eat all day long until you pass out from the overdose of carbs. No worries cause when we wake up that pie will be waiting.

thanksgiving:
Suppose to be a giving of thanks to Jesus (God) for all the food and blessings.
Today it is a giving of thanks (? to who and/or for what). lots of food (for many not all)
Days of from work (for many not for all). The rich may have a feast the poor may go hungry. It is politically in correct to claim that Thanksgiving is thanks to the only God.If you invite a poor family to eat with you on thanksgiving you will have a start at understandinding what it is about. If your poor maybe someone will invite you to dinner.
Maybe you can go to a mission.
