How about a turkey breast? Stove top stuffing, mashed potato and bottled gravy (or canned). Jello with miniature marshmallows, green bean casserole and a really good bottle of wine. Get a bake it at home frozen pumpkin pie for later though you'll need to bake it the night before. A can of whipped cream and don't worry about stuff!!

If you don't want to cook, go out to eat, or have a deli prepare a dinner for two.

I like the Cornish game hens idea, too, if you do decide to cook. You could get some of the other things like salads and a pie at the store.

Or have some friends eat with you, and everyone bring something.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving@

Over the yrs, the spouse & I relatively have finished all of it methods. the two one people cook so as that facilitates. while we first married, T dinner replaced right into a small turkey breast, somewhat dressing produced from the container, some instantaneous mashed potato, a can of cranberry sauce and an apple pie. Then we tried inviting some friends and it have been given out of hand - 25, We cooked from 7am to 5pm to get that T-dinner finished and we did no longer sense like ingesting because of the fact that we've been so busy. Our friends & family members had a great time. in spite of the undeniable fact that it replaced into in basic terms too plenty artwork. Then while the supermarkets presented the completed T dinner, we %. up the dinner & supplemented with added components to guard 10 -12 people. This worked ultimate because of the fact that we had extra time to spend taking area in all and sundry's corporation. the drawback is which you nonetheless ought to medical expert the a number of nutrition with the two spices or different stuff and nonetheless demands time to reheat each little thing. Then - the blend of "all and sundry contributing to the reason" T-dinner with extra dessert fixings took shape. the extra youthful singles of the family members extra cakes because of the fact that they dont cook and the older & marrieds extra each little thing else. that's what we do now and the accumulating has moved to my daughter's domicile because of the fact that we are retired from the full works.

We've had Thanksgiving for 2, now we're up to 3, since we got married.
I'm not missing a huge delicious meal just because neither of us have any family.

I would check your local paper now and see who is having Thanksgiving dinner with all of the trimmings at a nice restaurant. Usually country clubs/golf courses have wonderful dinners to include seafood, beef, pork, fruit trays, and various desserts. I would just make reservations before I would make dinner for two!

Invite a few more people. I'm alone, but there lots of folks who are alone also. We get together. Roasting a turkey is the easiest thing in the world to do. Look on the net for info. Por nada.

The best thing to do is to go to your local grocer's catering section. They can prepare a meal for two for you. you pick it up the day before, and heat it. Then you can have ALL the traditional Thanksgiving dishes, made just for two.

You can always get the meals that are cooked at your deli. If not, you can probably still get individual plates there.
