You're pretty much shut out of Thanksgiving. How about sculpting a tofu turkey and baking it so it turns brown? Ugh... I even revolted myself with that one. Just eat the vegetables and the pumpkin pie.

Good for you! I try not to eat so much meat, but I'm a seafood fan.
How bout paninis (sandwhiches) for the main course? Spread melted butter on bread, herb type from a nearby organic store would be a good choice, then place sun dried tomatoes, peppers, olives, cheese, and/or other toppings as well, then wrap a brick in foil, and grill the sandwhiches on a pan and place the brick on top of the sandwhich, while grilling, make sure all the ingredients are fresh and not pre-cooked, or frozen before you grill.
Since you need to use turkey juices for gravy, lets go with baked potatoes. Add cheese, sour cream, chives, and butter.
You can aslo have pasta salad, vegetable stew (on second thought, that could be the main course), or cornbread as other sides.
For dessert, the usual, pumpkin or pecan pie. If you want something different, bunt cakes, taste great.

Even we vegetarians can eat WAY too much delicious food on Thanksgiving. Almost all your favorite recipes can be made vegetarian... except the large dead bird*, of course.
For the protein part of the meal, I slice very firm tofu, about 1/8" thick pieces. Dip in a 1/2 canola oil, 1/2 soy sauce mix and lay out on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees, turning once, until brown and a little crisp on both sides.
There are many great recipes on the Internet for vegetarian gravy, stuffing, and all the side dishes you traditionally enjoy with thanksgiving.
*tofurkey is not as hideous as it sounds, by the way... Can be bought in a rounded "roast" kind of shape with stuffing and just baked according to directions. But I prefer baked tofu slices, veg. gravy and mashed potatoes with a wholewheat bread-based stuffing.

Mashed potatoes don't move (except when my sister cooks them). That's what I stuff myself with on a Thanksgiving. There are a lot of foods you can enjoy. The stereotypical sweet potato pie. Green beans. Any foods can be seasoned and cooked so they taste even better than meat! I personally LOVE black beans seasoned with garlic, onion, cumin, and a pinch of mustard seed.

If something of the kinfolk is familiar with you're vegetarian, i do no longer see it being a difficulty. i've got spent many Turkey days with my brother and sister-in-regulation the place they have served no longer something yet vegetarian dishes. That corn stuff is sturdy too - it rather tastes somewhat like turkey. :) i might enable them to nicely known which you're bringing some thing in basic terms in case. happy Thanksgiving!

You can have cranberry sauce, corn, mashed potatoes, salad, dinner rolls, and find ALOT of great vegeterian meals from foodnetwork.com, try 'Good Eats', healthy and delicious. And do other Thanksgiving stuff like watching the parade, football game and seeing a movie instead of JUST eating.

It's not moving it's dead LOL. Just eat the sides and dinner rolls if you don't like the meat.

We carnivores eat our turkey with dressing with Italian sausage, and our veggie friends being the most delightful veg dishes. They love the desserts we make and there is no proselytizing. We are all grownups and allow each other to have their own ways of enjoying food.

Eat sweet potatoe pie, turnip greens, green bean casserole, carrot cake, and banana pudding. There are stuffing mixes that are herbal based so you can eat that also.
