My husband just recently reached that age where some places consider him a senior citizen and he has started saying okay because of all the benefits, etc. that he can get.
But wow is it confusing.
One restaurant says 65, some stores say 55, other places say 62. Doctors say 40...lol
Wouldn't it be a lot easier on people like my husband to have it set legally to one age for their convenence and not the profit of the manufacturer or vendor etc.?
P.S. My husband is extremely young for his age in looks and spirit. If I didn't say that and he read this he might have me sleeping in the dog house.

If you are OTT cheerful, do you ever get told to calm down?
If you a moaner, do you get fed up with people telling you to cheer up?

Someone once said to me that people who always seem too happy (in public) are often hiding depression, like a lot of comedians, or other illness. (He was referring to a colleague of ours). Do you agree?

I was always nervous and didn't want to go fast. I thought the speed limit should be 30 instead of 45 and I always drive in the middle if there is more than 2 lanes. Has what happened in Minnesota caused more dread about driving over bridges?

I remember getting Buster Brown shoes and the store would give you a free plastic pencil holder or ruler. Now days, I can't tell school clothes from play clothes because the kids today look the same all year round. LoL

My sister and I had to share the dresses my mom got us.

I had 3 birthday cards in this mornings post, my husband thinks I'm funny cos I won't open them till the correct day.
I say, if I do then what will I have to look forward to when it is my birthday?

That brought back a happy memory too, my son came in one day and said, " Ma! why are the choccies I bought you for Mothers Day still unopened?" I told him cos if I eat them now I won't get any more until Easter so I like to look at them.
Two days later he appeared with another box, and said, "Now open your choccies and look at this box instead!" Oh happy days!
So my question is. Do you save up treats for later or are they gone in a flash? x
