Freshly dripped coffee only. Dark roast or a mix or dark and regular roast mountain blend, extra fine grind. One cup first thing in the morning with cream (NOT double).

I COULD drink coffee more often through the day, but have gotten out of the habit since I no longer go outside the home to work. And I am quite capable of drinking a coffee right before bed (which I have done numerous times) and still sleep well.

I won't touch decaf--it gives me headaches. And absolutely NO instant--not even if I am desperate. I would rather do without!

Both. I don't care if the coffee is decafe or regular, I love the taste. Tea has to be regular. I add milk and sugar to both coffee and tea and drink a lot daily (eg. I go through 100 teabags in a week)

Both, and both.

I love coffee, regular, decaf or flavored. Add a Sweet 'n Low and some creamer and it's a perfect drink for me any time of day or night. No problems with sleeping.

I also love tea. My favorite is Blueberry Green Tea. Could drink it 24/7, except when drinking coffee.

I like both, but I have to drink decaf only (doctor's orders).

I remember one time I stopped to buy a cuppa and forgot to tell the salesperson to make it decaf. I drank the coffee and I just had all this boundless energy. I felt like I was 20 years old and got a lot of things done that day and did not tire at all. Then it finally dawned on me where the extra energy came from - I had regular instead of decaf! lol

I love caffeine in the mornings, but later in the day will keep me from ever getting to sleep. I guess I am not burning it off as well these days.
To wean myself off of sodas, I got into the habit of brewing a big pitcher of iced tea from 2 bags each of "green tea with lemon", decaffeinated green tea, and "Lemon Zinger" from Celestial Seasonings. The result is very tasty and only 1/3 the caffeine.
I sweeten it with powdered Stevita brand Stevia, which supports pancreatic function and is not a slow poison like Nutrasweet or Splenda are.
In dropping the sodas I dropped about 5 pound in a couple of weeks.

I looooove both, but like my coffee in the mornings and ice tea throughout the day. Reg or decaf is fine with me!

Morning 3 scops decaf and 1extra large scoop reg. 2 equal to sweeten.
Too much of the reg. coffee makes me too wired.
Tea has to be herbal and decaf at night on rare ocassion, typically I have either wine or a cocktail at night.

Both. Coffee decaf with Baileys or if it's morning the cream stuff that tastes like it. Tea black or green, depending upon my mood.
