I'm an attractive 5'6" 122 lbs. Swedish/ German girl with blue- green eyes and dirty blonde hair who likes to hang out with my black friend who is around my height and weight with light brown eyes, long thick black/brown hair, very shapely, and outgoing and she gets all the attention when we go out. I thought we were both on the same level of attractiveness but I don't feel that way when she gets all the compliments from guys and girls. I feel ignored most of the time. I feel bad because lately I've been avoiding going places w/ her because I feel somewhat insecure and i'm afraid this may ruin our friendship.
She is such a beautiful girl on the inside as well as the outside and she has helped me w/ alot of my problems and I don't want to feel this way anymore.
What to do ?

Im 16, about a month ago my parents found a picture of me with a boy at a sweet sixteen with his arms around me. I have no intimate relation with him other then friend, and he has none for me. My parents have always been strict, like any other paki girls parents. This has lead me to depression and being lonely all the time. All of my friends are cacausian and catholic and I cant change that. I know the culture is different, but I want to go to an upcoming sweet sixteen. I missed a few already, and I keep feeling like I'm missing out and been strong about it. I dont know what it will take to have them let me go? I cant ever go out on friday nights, I always have to stay at home with the family while my friends are out. I feel so depressed that I even have suicidal thoughts sometimes. Please someonehelp me.

To Indigenous Australians, 'Sorry Day' gives us a chance to raise awareness to the wider-community about Australias' untold brutal history towards the Indigenous people. This also raises awareness to the fact that people in their late 20's and 30's are still, till this day looking for their families due to them being taken away under past 'Assimilation' policies which were widely accepted by Australians. We have not been able to carry on our culture due to past policies preventing us from having traditional names, speaking or practicing our culture. Many of us would like to return to these however, due to regulations on land, farming, mining and construction, all our natural foods, sacred sites, and traditional knowledge will soon be lost.

Please indicate whether you choose a), b), or c). I am organising a graph.

a). I wasn't even born when this all this happened. Why should I say 'Sorry'?

b). Where do I sign up?

c). I'd join in if I knew it would make a change.

Respect!

More specificly I am wondering about Italians views towards Americans living/ visiting their country.

2007-03-18 12:10:49 · 3 answers · asked by Anonymous

Many in the past have called for a general seperation and partition of America according to race. I personally am against the idea, as diversity is what makes this country great, but...

Tell me what you think the pros and cons of this idea would be.

What do you think of this look? Often pale skin looks nothing special on a caucasian person but when on a different ethnic race it looks surprisingly stunning and angelic, particularly with Japanese. Have you noticed that?

I know, I know...all of my questions are about my heritage, but I`m VERY interested in it! Sorry!

Moving on, if your heritage is of Pamplona, Spain, are you referred to as a "Pamplonian?"

If you LIVE in Pamplona, Spain are you considered a "Pamplonian?"

I just want to know if it`s a real word, haha.

do the blacks on here who hate me,hate me for the color of my skin,or because of my "racist" opinions?

if you hate me cause im white, youre racist.

if you hate me cause of my opinions, then im no different than you.see, nobody hates blacks because they are black.they hate blacks because of how blacks behave.the black skin is simply your most identifiable feature.saying that people "hate me cause im black" is a blatant cop-out.

A woman I didn't know once held on to my arm continously at a Cult concert. There was a lot of pushing and shoving, but she wrapped her hand around my upper arm (as opposed to simply grabbing my forearm to brace herself) without saying a word to me during the concert. Is this unusual? What, if anything, does it mean? I assume that she wasn't flirting, as she didn't say anythinbg, but this seems like an intimate way to touch a stranger. If most males did that to a female stranger, they would be in hot water.
