We have a year-round tan. However, during the summer we tend to get darker, like everyone else.

Black people dont have to tan. The light skinned ones usually dont because that would make them darker. So I hate getting sunburned and tanned, I dont see how people can do it!

Because a lot of people who are thinking blacks do not get suntans are people who do not know any blacks personally.

No - Melanin is in everybody to protect from the sun - again, not just in black or white people. people are ignorant about alot of things - not just about or against black people. We are all human!

I tan a shade or two. I can only get but so much darker before Im invisible.

I did for a very long time and then i saw tan marks... yes i was ignorant and then i grew up just a little.

I get sunburn.. and everyone that is in the sun gets darker.
