These are the reason why I do not like the Pakistani government or its culture. They do not have freedom of speech, the concept of human rights is a joke, corruption is so deeply entrenched that government workers accept bribes out in the open, child brides are legal, rape victims must produce four witnesses and violence against women is legal. I could go on and on. Some people could argue that it is their culture and we must respect their culture. I agree to some extent and the US itself is filled with crime, racism and violence. The difference I want to point out is here in the US at least there is the chance of obtaining justice. Human rights are protected under law and an individual has the opportunity to bring his or her case to court. Lets put it this way who here would want to live in Pakistan, would want their children to be raised there, to have their sisters, mothers, daughters raised there? I say put your money where your mouth is.

for example right across the street from whitehouse ,look at all the homeless.The new orleans situation,some people are still without a home.why are we so high on helping other country's but not are own country.The homeless kids and families in ny,in a huge snow storm all week and have no were to go because shelter's are full.

So many places end with this suffix, and they all seem to have strong ties to Islam. I was just interested in what it means. Probably something as simple as 'land', but again what language? How badly do we mangle the suffix when it is translated into English?

We talk and we condemn but we are not heard!

You want us to take a stand and stop terrorism...How?

And I have got other questions for you :
How do you stop you child from taking drugs?
Teen pregnancy?
Paedophilia?
How to you stop your husband or wife from cheating on you?
How do you stop you child from failing at shcool?

Hell, most of us cannot even stop ourself from putting on weight so I can we stop someone from blowing himself up!!!

I'd like to hear from you if you can solve all this, and if its you, why don't you have a nobel peace prize yet?

This is not a question posed to be incendiary, I just really want to know. It seems that white people admire, almost envy so many aspects of black, asian, latino, arab and indian cultures but either hate or are afraid of the people in which those cultures originate.
