then why are muslims labelled extremists when they grow a beard

This is really a shallow question. Beards have nothing to do with extremism. The Bible says God commands men not to cut their hair. So if men don't shave, they could simply be pious.

Since I've never heard of Jews or Sikhs stealing planes and crashing them into buildings full of people who meant them no harm while screaming allah akbar I'd have to say your islamofascist friends are the extremists.
I've never seen a video showing Jews and Sikhs beheading tied up hostages while screaming allah akbar either.
I'm a Christian with a beard, and wonder why you failed to slander my religion by including it in your list.

None of the above. I know all three are required to have beards if they're really observant, and it's just like a cross or pentacle necklace to me. Personal observance isn't threatening to me, only enforcement of it on others. Besides, some guys look better with beards.
