I stumbled on to a KKK'ish type of website that claims America was founded as a White Christian country. I'm wondering if this is true or do other people have different angles and opinions.

What is your question exactly? There are tons of websites that talk about hating America. And it was mostly Europeans who were Christians who were here in the beginning (aside from Native Americans) of course.

No. It's NOT true. That's KKK's slant on things. This country was founded on personal freedoms for all, on Christian principles but with religious freedoms. The white supremacists of the time were the ones who founded the KKK. They were paranoid. They were afraid that the presence other cultures would "water down" their own. And they are trying to keep racism alive today.
I'm hoping and praying that we will all, one day, learn to love and tolerate each other, embrace our similarities, learn from the differences, and do away with racist hate groups all together. They are totally obsolete.

I know you people will pitch a fit but the truth of the matter is that one of the most racist biggest hate groups in the US is the NAACP. They are always looking for an avanue to sue and complain that someone is being racist against them. They continually try to hide historic truth and do away with true Southern History and Heritage. I am not part of any hate group I just want to preserve my Southern Heritage and keep the NAACP from dragging me and my ancestors through the mud.

No. KKK are the main ones of this. The Black Panthers however are white haters. They're more violent though. Asian and hispanic hate groups would be laughed at.

No other hate groups like the KKK, other ethnic groups wont steep so low. They wouldnt strike fear, and choas on there victims, but they will protest in a non-violent manner.
