How do you make Muslims stop terrorism?

Question

We talk and we condemn but we are not heard!

You want us to take a stand and stop terrorism...How?

And I have got other questions for you :
How do you stop you child from taking drugs?
Teen pregnancy?
Paedophilia?
How to you stop your husband or wife from cheating on you?
How do you stop you child from failing at shcool?

Hell, most of us cannot even stop ourself from putting on weight so I can we stop someone from blowing himself up!!!

I'd like to hear from you if you can solve all this, and if its you, why don't you have a nobel peace prize yet?

Nope sorry it is a cop out for a Muslim to use the child on drugs or cheating spouse defense, just like it would have been a cop out a thousand years ago for Christians to use that defense in the Crusades. Or for Catholics to say the same now about Priest pedophiles,

If the vast majority of Muslims (as I think is the case BTW) are against terrorism the cease back control of your religion. When an Imam preaches hatred, fire him, or however it is you get rid of the head of a a Masque. When a terrorism attack happens don't try to justify it. When you donate money know where it is going or Don't donate. When you over hear a terrorism plot turn the people in. Preach the good things in the Koran not the bad. And recognize as individuals and as communities the rights of non-Muslims

BTW the same applies to some degree to terrorist themselves, they use the overwhelming influence of American Cultural which they say is destroying their ways of life as their excuse to strap a bomb on themselves and blow up a schools bus but they stop and get a cup of Starbucks before they hop on the bus

We can' 'make' them stop. The only way for them to stop is by their religious leaders rooting out extremist views in their own community. More extremist forms of Islam have only really come about in the last two hundred years. There are many strains of Islam which are reflective and reasonably tolerant such as Sufism. If we want to progress then Muslims must be prepared to draw on their traditions of reason and debate, we can find this in philosophers like Avicenna and Averroes. We also have to separate Islam and politics by making young Muslims see that the Koran is not just political and that there are many different possible interpretations of it.

I think what people mean is we should openly condemn terrorism-in all mosques, community centres etc where sadly some extremisms preach. We should also better educate our children on what makes a good Muslim-as it seems this has been lost thus loads of terrorists running riot (please note terrorists are a minority group).

You ask about stopping drug usage-this is down to their parents they should educate them better

paedophila-we should chop ones bits off then see if this reduces the crime rate in the UK....

child failing at school-be harder on the child don't let them have an easy ride.

What I am saying is it boils down to education-be it from an Imam, parent, sister etc. Better education of any subject will make a better person.

the UK is a free country which means you are permitted to say what you want and to an extent do what you want as long as you don't break the law. Stopping terrorist is hard just look at the IRA etc they all tried to over throw the system. however in the end they failed. so the way to stop the terrorist in my opinion is to let them carry on blowing them selves up I know its hard on the innocents involved but sooner or later these idiots will realise that their cause is not winning and they will run out of volunteers. by living as we do and not giving in is the best way. We could easily go to the countries of origin and take out the entire population, we could take out entire communities in the UK but that would bring us down to their level of thinking and behaving.

As for your other questions

bring back corporal punishment in schools & other victorian values, Kids need to be disciplined. there is definately a lack of respect out there.

bring back Capital punishment for those who break the law - if they were threatened with the death sentence then our prisons would be empty! why should we pay to keep criminals in a life of luxury!

If a kid fails at school you need to look what and why they are failing then support and encourage them, at what they do well.

Humans, not unlike machinery and goods with movable parts, are prone to defects in their main opperating systems. These can either be due to bad programming or bad quality control at the end of the manufacturing cycle. One thing that is for sure is, that, a manufaturer will dispose of any products that are defective, where-as the human race cant even spot them when they are killing us. We need to stop looking at machines that malfuncion with empathy, and start seeing them for what they are, a disease that will ultimately destroy us. Destroy all of them.

I suggest we try it out and apply it only to Muslims.
Keep their girls/women locked up in their homes.
Chop their hands if they are caught stealing.
Chop their heads for adultery.

Then see how the Muslims like this kind of a UK.

It relies upon on what you call persecution. in case you call searching them down persecution, convinced, it is going to. I have a favourite putting forward: i have self assurance in magnificent.
