i have seen many black people and not one of them have different color hair other than black unless they have dyed it

Seems when ever I ask a great one (or other asks a great one), there are few answers, or very feeble answers! Is this Yahoo Answers for the mediocre intellects? Does this phenomena point to a more profound human disability; will we ever answer the most important questions? I'm tired of questions like: "why is brown sugar brown"? Haven't you all discovered wikipedia yet, or for that matter an encyclopedia? Shouldn't a forum like this be an exchange for human advancement? Let us start asking and answering the tough questions people! Wake up! Take the blue pill and see how far the rabbit hole goes! Or was it the red pill?

Why do people get so offended by racial, gender, religious, political questions? Why not use the ignorant questions as an opportunity to clear up misconceptions? When people get offended, they only make the asker more definite in the stereotype!

While I can guess the age of many of you by looking at your questions and answers, profile etc, I think it would assist many of us to supply answers with some direction if we were all aware of the main age group in this forum. Apart from that it would be interesting.

I get so tired of all the hate, especially since i have to live with it. I have 2 beautiful biracial kids who my momma has actually said she is going to tell them they're half native american instead of black. Then i turn on the TV, and it's all about racial issues. I am so tired of it!! And why does my momma think that she will sway me from dating any one i want just by what she sees on tv? She has said that she is going to find every reason possible to sway me from dating outside my race. And the news....do the news seem a little racist to you? ok well i just moved to miami and im from chicago, the south is very different from the north. all i want to know is why do black people in general say "that white girl" to offend white people? but if a white person would ever say "that black girl" it would be racist. im not white or black im hispanic but i dont look 100% hispanic and everyone says i act just like a black girl and when some black people call me white girl they think its funny. all i want to know is why do they say that to try to offend people?

lol okay this may seem like an idiotic question but i was actually having this conversation with another black girl at school...basically i dont dwell on this because obviously its pointless and i cannot change my race but it just slips out sometimes im like "well i just really dont like being black" the way media portays us, the fact that people assume im racist because im not attracted to black guys , and i just dont think black people in general are attractive. i cant help that - like i think most black people i know are ugly or just not that atrtactive....everyone else around me seems to disagree which just leads me to thinki have issues (whatever) on the flip side - all of this has also made me an opinionated person who knows that race does not define personality and culture and i do like hearing others opinions about my choices and perception on race and life but at the same time im me and wont change for any1..haha i am done now

I was watching CNN the other day and saw this report on the KKK. If im not mistaken it was said there are an additional 800 more members joining the Klu Klux Klan. They went on to say that certain places are really racist and even showed people saying they hate blacks and jews and that they dont belong here. This one 'white' said that blacks and jews need to get out because we were not the ones who built this land so therefore we should not live in it. I was ok with the newsreport until i saw them showing footage of a KKK 'ceremony' where they were actually praying to god and chanting 'white power' i was extremely appalled and didnt think that they should have went that far. I wanna know you guy's opinion. Thanx A Lot

to the intelligent, open minded individuals out there who do not label this may seem like a retarded question but i have actually gotten weird looks for liking music that isn't r and b/rap/hiphop...i listen to pretty much everything including broadway, lots of rock, country, pop, jazz, etc i just have a serious love for music but some ppl put a label on me saying "your black - listen to 'black' music??"

yeah in my mind its not racism - its preference. im okay with having black guy friends but i have never been atrtacted to black guys therefore i dont date them. you would assume ppl would respect my taste but black guys will write me off as racist even when i try to explain it to them and some white girls i know will do the same just because they like black guys. its not like i woke up one day and was like "screw blk guys" i just do not find them attractive. everyone says i'll grow out of it but ive been this way since i first began to like guys (im almost 17). what do you think? am i crazy and racist? or is it just my aquired taste?
