I've had the same problem but in reverse. I find that a lot of women don't like that I am married to someone that is from their race. I think the best answer to your question is that they are jealous.

I used to be like that, I would see a black guy with a hot white girl and be really pissed off, basically what I was doing was judging the black guy and saying I was better than him and that why was she with him she could be with me, and yes because he was black, I know that sounds bad but I am human and could not help my feelings, Well I get along really good with most black guys and I was thinking one day, what if I saw say allen my buddy with a white girl, I mean I really like allen and I dont think I would have a problem with that, Allen can really pick me up when Im down and he is a really good friend, So basically I realized, I dont know the people I am judging, I have no clue what there like and prob if I had the chance to get to know them they woulnd't be that bad, I feal much better now when I see that now, its just somthing our generation is not used to but will eventually,

Obviously they are jingoistic racists
Assuming they are not using it for a cheap excuse to get the girl for themselves.
then again some cultures are so messed up no one can understand them
