No. Chav's are like the Essex girls and boys of yore and can't read can't write but can drive Ford Capris and have snot-nosed brats and would not be caught dead on the Internet.

in my day it was mod's & rockers, they didn't like each other but my 15 year old daughter & her mates were beaten up by chav's as they 'didn't like them in their part of town 'the police were called but nothing happened, one had his nose broken, one had his arm broken, what's happening in this world, why cant' we just be who we want to be without being beaten up for it
